1[(1) The State Government may, on the basis of report of the State Level Authority or otherwise, grant or refuse the permission to establish a new school applied for or to up-grade an existing school.] (2) The decision of the State Government under sub-section (1) shall be final: 2[Provided that, the State Government may, after due verification and recording reasons, review any such decision including for the academic year 2013-2014.]
