(1) There shall be a Board of sub-campuses of the university to organize the task and activities of the sub-campuses. It shall consist of the following members, namely :- (a) the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Chairperson; (b) the Deans of faculties; (c) the Finance and Accounts Officer; (d) the Directors of all Sub-Campuses; (e) the Director, Innovation, Incubation and Linkges; (f) two members of the Management Council, to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor, one of whom shall be a principal and the other shall be a representative of the management; (g) the Director, Board of Examinations and Evaluation; (h) the Director, Board of Students' Development; (i) the Director, Sports and Physical Education; (j) one Principal, one Teacher, one management representative from the affiliated, autonomous colleges within the jurisdiction of each sub-campus to be nominated by the Management Council; (k) the Registrar - Member-Secretary. (2) The Board of Sub-Campuses of the university shall meet at least three times in a year.
