(1) The State Government may at any time appoint any person to investigate or enquire into the working of any Board or scheme and submit a report to the State Government in that behalf. (2) The Board shall give to the person so appointed all facilities for the proper conduct of their investigation or inquiry, and furnish to him such documents, accounts or information in possession of the Board as he may require. (3) Any person so appointed to investigate or inquire into the working of any Board or scheme may exercise all the powers of an Inspector appointed under this Act.
