(1)An endeavour shall be made by the Labour Court to hear and dispose of a complaint of an offence punishable by or under the Act, as far as possible, within three months from the date the complaint is made to it. (2) An endeavour shall be made by the Industrial Court to hear and dispose of any appeal or reference made to it under this Act, as far as possible, within three months from the date such appeal or reference is made to it.
