(1) Save as provided in the last preceding section, no decision, conviction, acquittal, sentence or order by or of a Labour Court shall be called in question in any Civil or Criminal Court. (2) No decision given or order passed by the Industrial Court shall be called in question in any Civil or Criminal Court.
