For the removal of doubt it is hereby declared that the provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of the Bombay Requisitioned Property (Continuance of Powers) (Saurashtra Area) Act, 1958 (Bom. LVI of 1958) or of any law relating to acquisition or requisitioning of property for the time being in force in the State of Bombay or any part thereof.
