(1) The Housing Regulatory Authority may cancel the registration of the project, if it is declared by the court of law that the contract, agreement, or power of attorney or instrument or writing from which the promoter derives the right to the land or development of the land, is invalid : Provided that, no order of cancellation of registration of the project under this sub-section shall be issued by the Housing Regulatory Authority unless a reasonable opportunity of being heard is given to the promoter. (2) Upon issuing the order of cancellation, the Housing Regulatory Authority shall debar the promoter from accessing its website in respect of the project so cancelled.
