(1) The Housing Regulatory Authority may appoint such officers and employees, as may be necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions under this Act. (2) The officers and employees of the Housing Regulatory Authority shall discharge their functions under the general superintendence of its Chairperson. Their salary, allowances and other conditions of service shall be such as may be determined by regulations.
