Act to be in addition to Transfer of Property Act, 1882 and to override contract to the contrary.

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>The provisions of this Act, except where otherwise provided, shall be in addition to the provisions of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 (IV of 1882), and shall take effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any contract. <br>
