Without prejudice to the provisions of section 60, nothing in this Chapter shall affect the debts and liabilities of any debtor due to,- (a) any other Corporation (including a company) owned or controlled by the State; (b) a co-operative society registered or deemed to be registered under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 (Mah. XXIV of 1961).
