(1) The Tribunal established for the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, shall be the Tribunal for the purposes of this Act, for adjudication of disputes between the employees of the University and University. (2) Sections 80, 81, 82, 83, 84 and 85 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 (Mah. VI of 2017) shall be applicable mutatis mutandis to the University.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) The Tribunal established for the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, shall be the Tribunal for the purposes of this Act, for adjudication of disputes between the employees of the University and University.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) Sections 80, 81, 82, 83, 84 and 85 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 (Mah.
