(1) The State Government may remove 4The President or any member of the Board other than 5ic956***] an ex officio member on the ground of unfitness or misconduct. (2) 6 The President or any member of the board shall 7 not be removed under this section unless he has been given a reasonable opportunity of showing cause against his removal. (3) The decision of the State Government under this section shall be final and shall not be liable to be questioned in any Court of law.
