(1) The Board shall be entitled to take and be in possession of all movable and immovable properties, cash, valuables, jewelleries, records, documents material objects and other assets belonging to or forming part of the Temple and its endowments. (2) Every person who has possession, custody or control of any such movable or immovable property, cash, valuable, jewellery, record, document, material object or other asset, as aforesaid shall subject to all just exceptions, produce and deliver the same, when required, under this Act to the Chief Executive Officer.
