15. (1) In the case where infrastructure is to be provided by the Developer, a Review Committee shall be formed for every sector consisting of the following members :— (a) the nominee of the Developer ; (b) the Development Commissioner ; (c) the Representatives of units/residents/service providers or other such interest group, if any. (2) The Review Committee shall review and decide within the terms of appointments of the Developer, the works and other matters between the Developer and the Consumers. (3) The Review Committee shall meet at such places and at such times as may be deemed necessary.
