(1) The Competent Authority shall, after final determination of the amount of compensation, tender payment of and pay, the compensation on behalf of the State Government to the persons entitled thereto. (2) If the persons entitled to the compensation as determined by the Competent Authority or the Arbitrator, as the case may be, do not accept the same or if there be any dispute as to the apportionment thereof, the Competent Authority shall deposit it in the court of the District Judge and that court shall deal with the amount so deposited in the manner laid down in sections 32 and 33 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
