94. (1) The 1[Mayor] and in his absence the 2[ * * * ] shall preside at meetings of the 3[Corporation]. (2) In the absence of the Chairman of any Committee the ViceChairman thereof shall preside at meetings of the Committee. (3) The members present at any meeting shall, in the absence of the 1[Mayor] and the 2[ * * * ] in the case of the 3[Corporation] and the Chairman or Vice-Chairman, in the case of any Committee referred to in section 89, choose one of their members to preside at the meeting. (4) Subject to the provisions of section 17 a person presiding at a meeting of the 3[Corporation] or of any Committee may vote on any motion before the 3[Corporation] or the Committee, as the case may be, and in the case of equality of votes shall have also a casting vote.
