No Civil Court shall in the course of any suit grant any temporary injunction or make any interim order -- (a) restraining any person from exercising the powers or performing the functions or duties of a 1[Corporators], 2[***] officer or servant of a 3[Corporation] or of a committee or sub-committee of a 3[Corporation] on the ground that such person has not been duly elected, or appointed, as the case may be ; or (b) restraining any person or persons or any 3[Corporation] committee or sub-committee of a 3[Corporation] from holding any election, or from holding any election in any particular manner.
