570. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie in respect of anything in good faith done or purported or intended to be done under this Act against the State Government, any 1[Corporator], 2[ ***], 3[ Mayor] or against the 3[Municipal Commissioner], or any 1[Corporation] officer or servant or against person acting under and in accordance with the directions under this Act of the State Government the 1[Corporation], any Committee constituted under this Act, the 3[Municipal Commissioner], any 1[Corporation] officer or servant or of a magistrate.
