112. (1) 1[the 2[Additional Municipal Commissioner], 2[Deputy Municipal Commissioner]] and 2[Assistant Municipal Commissioner] shall, subject to the control of the 2[Municipal Commissioner], exercise such powers and perform such duties of the 2[Municipal Commissioner] as the @2@[Municipal Commissioner] may specify in this behalf. (2) All acts done and jurisdictions exercised by 3[the 2[Additional Municipal Commissioner] or] the 2[Deputy Municipal Commissioner] or the 2[Assistant Municipal Commissioner] in pursuance of the powers delegated to him under sub-section (1) shall, for all purposes, be deemed to have been performed and done by the 2[Municipal Commissioner]. (3) 4[the Mukhya Abhiyanta] the Nagar Swasthya Adhikari, the Mukhya Nagar Lekha Parikshak and such other officers as may be specified by the State Government shall be called the Heads of the Departments of the 2[Corporation] and shall perform such duties and shall exercise such powers as are imposed upon them by or under this Act or any other enactment for the time being in force.
