110. 1[ (1) No officer or servant of the 2[Corporation] shall be dismissed or removed or otherwise punished by an authority subordinate to that by which he was appointed ; Provided that in the case of an officer or servant whose appointment is required to be made in consultation with the State Public Service Commission under section 107, it shall be necessary for the authority concerned to consult the Commission in the manner prescribed, before passing an order for the dismissal, removal or reduction in rank of any such officer or servant.] (2) Punishment of officers and servants of the 2[Corporation] shall be subject to such right of appeal as may be prescribed.
