The State Government shall, by notification and with effect from a date to be specified therein, constitute a Board to be known as the Uttar Pradesh Rajya Dugdh Parishad which shall be a body corporate with power, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, to acquire, hold and dispose of property.
