To promote inclusive economic development and employment generation in the State by addressing specific needs of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and promoting entrepreneurship. It has been decided to make to law to provide exemptions from certain approvals and inspections required for establishment and operation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, for initial years of establishment and operation. The Uttar Pradesh Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Facilitation of Establishment and Operation) Bill, 2020 is introduced accordingly.
