Where the Government or any authority under it is capable of exempting an enterprise from any approval or inspection or any provision relating thereto, under any Central Act, the Government, as the case may or be any such authority, subject to the provisions of such Central Act, exercise such powers to grant such exemption to any enterprise established in the State for a period of not less than 1000 days from the date of issue of Acknowledgement Certificate under section 8.
