Taken in good faith 15. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or Nodal Agency or Competent Authority or any employee of the Government, Nodal Agency or Competent Authority for anything which, is done or intended to be done in good faith, under this Act or any rules made thereunder.
