(1) A licence granted under this Act may be suspended or cancelled, if it appears to the Licensing Authority that– (a) any of the grounds mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 5 exists ; or (b) the licensee has parted wholly or partly with the possession or control of the fruit nursery or that he has ceased to run it. (2) Where any license is suspended or cancelled, the licensee shall not be entitled to any compensation therefor nor he shall be entitled to any refund of any fee paid by him for the license
