The Licensing Authority may — (a) require any licensee to furnish such information as it may specify in respect of the fruit nursery owned or run by such licensee ; (b) enter upon and inspect or cause to be inspected any fruit nursery and fruit plants therein and the account books and records relating thereto for the purpose of satisfying itself that the requirements of this Act and the rules made thereunder are being complied with ; (c) collect samples of fruit plants and get them analyzed, examined or tested in any laboratory selected for the purpose
