(1) On or before such date in each year as may be specified by the Commission, every licences shall furnish to the Commission the information in respect of the following, namely: (a) the number of cases in which a penalty was imposed and the amount of the penalty ; and (b) the level of performance achieved by the licensee for each standard determined under section 31. (2) the Commission shall, at least once in every year, publish for general information the information received by it under sub-section (1) in at least two daily newspaper widely circulating in the area of supply of the licensees.
