(1) The Commission may, in consultation with the licensee and the Electricity Advisory Committee and any other person as it thinks fit, make regulations which may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely, - (a) The circumstances in which licences are to inform customers of their rights ; (b) standards of performance in relation to any duty arising out of the rights referred to in clause (a) ; and (c) the circumstances in which the licensees are to be exempted from any requirements of the regulations; and may make different provisions for different licensees. (2) Nothing in this Act shall affect the rights and privileges of the consumers under any other law for the time being in force.
