13. (1) The Principal Secretary, Medical Education to the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall be the ex-officio Vice-President of the Institute. (2) In the absence of the President at any meeting of the Institute, the Vice-President shall preside over such meeting. (3) He shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed.
