(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of, (a) The Vice-Chancellor as Chairman. (b) The Registrar as Secretary. (c) The Finance Officer. (d) One person, nominated by the Sponsor. (2) The Finance Committee shall be the principal financial body of the University to take care of financial matters and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, Rules & Statutes; coordinate and exercise general supervision over the financial matters of the University.
