No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, the State Security Commission, its members and staff, the Police Accountability Commission, its members, staff or any person acting under the direction of the State Security Commission, Police Accountability Commission in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Chapter.
