(1) All police officers and authorities shall refer all allegations of serious misconduct against police personnel, coming to their notice, to the Accountability Commission. (2) It shall be the duty of the heads of the district police and of the State police as well as of any other concerned State agency to provide to the Accountability Commission all information they may reasonably require to perform their duties provided for in this Chapter.
