Independent Members shall be appointed on the recommendation of a Selection Panel, which shall consist of: - (a) a retired Chief Justice/Justice of a High Court as Chairperson, to be nominated by the Chief Justice of the High Court (b) Chief Secretary (c) Principal secretary/Secretary Home(P). (d) Director General of Police.
