(1) The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the directions of the Board of Management which shall include, among other matters, the steps taken by the University towards the fulfilment of its objectives. (2) The annual report so prepared shall be submitted to the Chancellor on or before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes. (3) A copy of the annual report, as prepared under sub-section (1), shall also be submitted to the State Government. 1[* * *]. 2[(4) The State Government shall cause the annual report of the University, received by it, to be laid before each House of the State Legislature.]
