(1) For the purpose of management of the Temple Trust, on the appointed day, a Committee to be called "Shree Siddhi Vinayak Ganpati Temple Trust Management Committee" shall be deemed to be constituted. (2) Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the Committee shall be a body corporate by the name aforesaid, having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and to contract and shall by the said name sue and be sued. 1[(3) The State Government shall, by notification published in the Official Gazette, appoint a Chairman, a treasurer and not more than fifteen other members to form the Committee.] Provided that the State Government may, by like notification, from time to time, increase the number of other members, but the total number of the members shall not exceed eleven.
