(1) Every superior officer and member of the Dal shall, for the purposes of this Act, be considered to be always on duty, and shall, at any time, be liable to be employed including on transfer in any part of the State of Maharashtra. (2) Save as provided by sub-section (1) of section 17, no superior officer or member of the Dal shall engage himself in any employment or office other than his duties under this Act.
