(1) Every member of the Security Force shall, on his appointment, receive a certificate in the form as may be specified by the Board, under the seal of the Managing Director or any other supervisory officer, as the Managing Director may authorise in this behalf. The person holding such certificate shall be vested with the powers of member of Security Force and shall also receive an Identity Card and Uniform, as may be prescribed. (2) Such certificate and Identity Card shall cease to have effect whenever a person named in it ceases, for any reason, to be a member of the Security Force.
