(1) The appointment of the members of the Security Force shall be made by the Managing Director, in the manner as may be prescribed : Provided that, the Managing Director, by an order as specified in this behalf, may authorise any other supervisory officer to exercise such power of the appointment under this section. (2) All members of the Corporation shall be employees of the Corporation, either on deputation from the Central Government or the State Government or on contract.
