(1) The Managing Director of the Corporation shall report to the Board. (2) The Managing Director shall be in constant liasion with the 1[Director-General and Inspector-General of Police] and the Commissioner, State Intelligence Department, the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai and Subsidiary Multiple Agencies Committee to receive intelligence inputs which may guide the operations of the Corporation.
