(1) The Board may, with the approval of the Government, appoint such other officers and servants, as it considers necessary, for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act. (2) The salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and servants appointed under sub-section (1), shall be such as may be determined by the Board by regulations.
