(1) The State Government shall from amongst the members, of a committee appoint a chairman and shall also appoint a treasurer. (2) The State Government may direct that the chairman, treasurer and other members of the committee may be paid such honorarium or fees and allowances 1[from the Management Fund constituted under section 56QQ] and in such manner as may be prescribed.
