(a) The amount of the occupancy price payable under section 4, if not paid to the State Government ; and (b) the amount of the commuted value payable under section 8, if not paid to the khot, shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue. The amount recovered shall be credited to Government or paid to the khot, as the case may be.
