In the merged territories of Bhor- (1) in the case of a khoti khasgi land, the khot, and (2) in the case of khoti nisbat land- (i) where such land is in the possession of and occupancy tenant, such occupancy tenant, and (ii) if there be no occupancy tenant in possession of such land, the khot, and (3) in the case of a dhara land, the dharekari, shall be primarily liable to the State Government for the payment of land revenue due in respect of such land held by him and shall be entitled to all the rights and shall be liable to all the obligations in respect of such land as an occupant under the Code or any other law for the time being in force.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>In the merged territories of Bhor-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) in the case of a khoti khasgi land, the khot, and <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) in the case of khoti nisbat land-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(i)</i> where such land is in the possession of and occupancy tenant, such occupancy tenant, and <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>ii</i>) if there be no occupancy tenant in possession of such land, the khot, and <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>3</i>) in the case of a dhara land, the dharekari, <br> shall be primarily liable to the State Government for the payment of land revenue due in respect of such land held by him and shall be entitled to all the rights and shall be liable to all the obligations in respect of such land as an occupant under the Code or any other law for the time being in force. <br>
