(1) The Competent Authority shall, on receipt of an application made under sub-section (1) of section 3 through the Single Window System, take necessary action as per the provisions of the relevant law. (2) The Competent Authority may obtain additional information from the applicant, if required, for disposal of such application within specified time limit. (3) The Competent Authority shall take decision on such application within the specified time limit. If such application is rejected, the Competent Authority shall specify the reasons for such rejection.
