(1) The Supervisory Committee and the Empowered Committee shall exercise their powers and discharge their functions under this Act and the rules made thereunder within such time limit as may be prescribed. (2) The Nodal Agency or Competent Authorities or Empowered Committee shall respond to queries raised by an entrepreneur or investor or any person within such time limit as may be prescribed.
