The Supervisory Committee shall have the following powers, namely :- (a) to examine the proposals referred by the Empowered Committee and take a decision thereon; (b) to invite any officer or expert, as it deems necessary, to participate in the meetings of the Supervisory Committee; (c) such other powers as may be prescribed.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>The Supervisory Committee shall have the following powers, namely :-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) to examine the proposals referred by the Empowered Committee and take a decision thereon;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> to invite any officer or expert, as it deems necessary, to participate in the meetings of the Supervisory Committee;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>c</i>) such other powers as may be prescribed.<br>
