(1) Every application for registration,– (a) under section 4, shall be made to the Authority, or (b) under section 5, shall be made to the concerned District Deputy Commissioner, Animal Husbandry, in such form and in such manner alongwith such documents and such fees, as may be prescribed. (2) On receipt of an application under sub-section (1), the Authority or District Deputy Commissioner, Animal Husbandry, as the case may be, after making such inquiry as it deems necessary, either issue or refuse to issue the registration certificate : Provided that, the Authority or District Deputy Commissioner, Animal Husbandry, as the case may be, shall before refusing to issue the registration certificate, give the applicant a reasonable opportunity of being heard. (3) The registration certificate shall be in such form and subject to such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed and shall be valid for a period of five years from the date of issue of the registration certificate.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) Every application for registration,–<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) under section 4, shall be made to the Authority, or<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> under section 5, shall be made to the concerned District Deputy Commissioner, Animal Husbandry,<br> in such form and in such manner alongwith such documents and such fees, as may be prescribed.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) On receipt of an application under sub-section (<i>1</i>), the Authority or District Deputy Commissioner, Animal Husbandry, as the case may be, after making such inquiry as it deems necessary, either issue or refuse to issue the registration certificate :<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>Provided that, the Authority or District Deputy Commissioner, Animal Husbandry, as the case may be, shall before refusing to issue the registration certificate, give the applicant a reasonable opportunity of being heard.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>3</i>) The registration certificate shall be in such form and subject to such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed and shall be valid for a period of five years from the date of issue of the registration certificate.<br>
