(1) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, no person shall undertake any activity of production, storage, transportation, sale or use of the bovine semen, embryos, ova or oocytes in the State, unless such person is having registration certificate therefor under this Act. (2) The person holding registration certificate under this Act shall maintain the prescribed standards relating to bovine breeding activities, laid down by the State Government or Central Government, from time to time. (3) No person shall make advertisement or publicity misrepresenting the facts about the types and nature of services for which he has been granted the registration certificate.
