The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (a) the Executive Council; (b) the Academic Council; (c) the Planning and Evaluation (Monitoring) Board; (d) the Finance Committee; (e) the Board of Studies; and (f) such other bodies of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) the Executive Council;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> the Academic Council;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>c</i>) the Planning and Evaluation (Monitoring) Board;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>d</i>) the Finance Committee;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>e</i>) the Board of Studies; and<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>f</i>) such other bodies of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University. <br>
