The Dock Workers (Safety, Health and Welfare) Act
23Amendment of Act 9 of 1948
In the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948, in section 3, in sub-section (2),--
(a) in clause (g), the words "and welfare" shall be omitted:
